New Patients:

Consult, no labs to review: $225 (45 min)

• Review of past & current health history to create a health care plan.

Consult with new labs: $300 (60 min) – Labs are an additional price

• Review of past & current health history in addition to full review of your Infinite Functional Blood Chemistry panel or other functional lab to create a care plan.

• ​​​​​​​Functional lab results needed 1 week prior to visit.

• If using outside labs then there's a $50 interpretation fee.

Consult and review of single lab (ex: thyroid or lipid or CBC): $225 (45 min) – Labs are an additional price

• Lab results needed 1 week prior to consult.

• If using outside labs then there's a $25 interpretation fee.

Consult and review of multiple single lab: $300 (60 min) - Labs are an additional price

• Lab results needed 1 week prior to consult.

• If using outside labs then there's a $50 interpretation fee.

Adult complete physical w/no health concerns: $300 (60 min)

• Annual physical for adult female or male including breast exam, vaginal exam, and prostate exam upon request. Includes vitals and complete physical.

Adult complete physical w/health concerns: $450 (90 min)

• Annual physical for adult female or male (as mentioned above) with current health concerns.

Acute health concern: $150 (30 min)

• Vitals and review of current health challenges (sore throat, rash, cold, ear pain, etc.).

Well child exam: $225 (45 min)

• A well child pediatric exam to support growing newborns through childhood for children of parents who would like an expert opinion on traditional and holistic options for raising happy, healthy children (post-birth, 3-month, 6-month, 12-month, 18-month, 24-month, etc.).​​​​​​​

School or sports physical only: $150 (30 min)

• Please bring sports physical form from school

Established Patients

Functional Lab Panel Review (blood chemistry panel or other functional lab): $225 (45 min) – Labs are an additional price

• Functional Lab Results needed 1 week prior to consult.

• If using outside labs then there's a $50 interpretation fee.

Single lab review: (thyroid, lipid, CBC): $75 (15 min) – Labs are an additional price

• Lab results needed 1 week prior to consult. Additional time-$75 (15 min)

• If using outside labs then there's a $25 interpretation fee.

Multiple single lab review: $150-225 (30-45 min) – Labs are an additional price

• Lab needed 1 week prior to consult.

• If using outside labs then there's a $50 interpretation fee.

Monthly accountability check in: $75 (15 min)

• Review of supplements, nutrition & other questions
